If you call before October 12, 2014, you will receive our group rate on your room which is $115/night while there is availability.
If you miss the deadline, go ahead and call anyway. You may still get a decent price. You can always use your honors points or AARP or any other travel discount available.
Most Art of the Carolinas attendees stay right at the Hilton due to the incredible convenience. They offer wonderful newly renovated guest rooms, a pool and spa, as well as a guest gym.

Workshops begin on:
Thursday, November 13, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. and run until Sunday, November 16, 2014 at 4:00 p.m.
Students will be allowed admission to the classrooms at 8:45 a.m.
Thursday is usually a pretty hectic morning, so please be patient!

Each student is charged a non-refundable $15 registration fee.
This is a one time fee each year per student. The student is able to purchase as many workshops, or add on any amount of workshops as desired. (Online Purchases: The $15 fee will be collected at time of account creation and added to your first purchase. You may then select as many workshops as you would like. If purchasing workshops, once you pay the $15 fee, your account will acknowledge that and you will not be charged another $15 fee)
Students accept full responsibility for safe handling of equipment and supplies in all workshops.
NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER OCTOBER 12, 2014 AT MIDNIGHT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
You may transfer your workshop to a different student to take your spot, but you cannot transfer from one workshop to another. No refunds issued after the date listed above.

Yes. Admission is free, parking is free and demonstrations are free.
We also have a free "Make and Take" area on the workshop side of the hotel offerd to us by the lovely ladies of the Carolins MixedMedia ArtGuild.
In some cases, you provide your own supplies. In other cases, your materials are provided for you.

We offer a free limo to and from our retail store during the workshop hours for your convenience!
Go ahead and treat yourself to a relaxing ride. It’s just right up the street and very worth your while.
Introduce yourself to Tom Dowd, our store manager. He and his staff will be happy to show you around the store and assist you in any way possible.
The limo is our free service to you, running every 15 minutes or so Thursday, Friday and Saturday 8:30am-8:30pm and Sunday 8:30am - 5:30pm.
